Ruth McMonagle

Ruth McMonagle has over 20 years professional experience in behavioral science and human relationships and possesses a sound understanding of human behavior. She is a lecturer, workshop facilitator, consultant and counselor.

Ruth holds a BA Degree is Psychology, a Masters Degree in Social Work and a Master Degree in Business Administration. She is a Ph.D. candidate at Columbia Pacific University, Dissertation Topic: The Effect of Solution Focused Brief Intervention on Team Cohesiveness.

Ruth’s expertise is supervisory and management development and sales experience in both a “hands on” and consultative role. She has been chosen by the State of Ohio as one of three supervisory instructors for a new supervisory training initiative.

Other focuses include creativity, time management, mentorship program development and organizational development. She has university level teaching experience and has conducted thousands of workshops, seminars and training sessions.

Ruth is a member of American Society for Training and Development. She is also a licensed Independent Social Worker in the State of Ohio; holds certification in the Academy of Certified Social Workers.

Ruth is the author of the Retirement Handbook: The Complete Planning Guide (1984) and Careers in Transition (1988).
